Jim Lowder
A special agent with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division "S.L.E.D.". He is involved in the breeding, training, and use of bloodhounds in a law enforcement/rescue capacity and has been working in this field for seven years. He and his co-workers have made themselves available via email at jhliii@netside.com to anyone who has serious questions in reference to this field. There are eight of them and have a combined total of over fifty-six years of experience.
