Our policy regarding our puppies

Each of our pups comes with the following:

A contract/ bill of sale- a written agreement between the buyer and the seller. The new owner has a two week trialin which the pup may be returned for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for all shipping cost, and the purchase price refund is contingent on the pup being returned in the same condition as sold AND return of the signed AKC registration papers. The seller guarantees the puppy to be healthy at the time of the sale, and the buyer guarantees to provide excellent care for the dog throughout the dog's lifetime.

Show puppies are sold with a full registration and a show contract, which is an agreement that they must be shown.

Non-show puppies are sold with a limited registration. They are AKC registered pups, eligible to compete in obedience, trailing, and performance competitions. They are not eligible for conformation competition, and any puppy produced by a dog with a limited registration is NOT eligible for AKC registration. We recommend these pups be spayed or neutered.

The buyer agrees to return the dog to the seller if, for any reason, the buyer cannot keep the dog. This agreement last the lifetime of the dog. The seller is not obligated to refund any money for the return of the dog. This agreement enables us to know the location and accommodations of all our dogs, throughout their lives. It prohibits third party placements of the dog.

A veterinarian health certificate

A shot/ worming record detailing all shots and wormings, including the type of vaccinations and dates given.

An avid microchip and all the forms needed to register the dog with a recovery network. All of our pups are microchipped before going to their new homes. We are listed with the recovery network as the alternate contact.

Information sheets on care, housebreaking, crate training, feeding, bloat, etc. These include information on our favorite wholesale mail order pet supply companies.
