On April 30, 2008 we welcomed 10 new Bloodhound babies into the world! There are 3 liver/tan females, 4 liver/tan males and 3 black/tan males. Zoe and her babies are doing very well! This litter was co-bred with Molly Nye - M&M Bloodhounds - and was whelped at Sherick's Bloodhounds. The sire of this litter is a Belgian import and has done very well here in the states! He has had a very winning show career with limited showing, all owner handled. He is a best in specialty show winning Bloodhound and has won several awards of merit including his most recent one at our past American Bloodhound Club's National Specialty. He has finished the past several years in the top twenty for both breed points and all breed points. To date he has sired four litters and has produced several conformation champions as well as hard working trailing dogs. He is a beautiful boy and has a very easy to get along with personality! The dam of this litter is a lovely girl with a beautiful, congenial personality! She gets along well with all people and other dogs. At home she lives with a young toddler and they are the best of friends! She is a very healthy and happy girl! Zoe has produced one litter and it was an outstanding litter with six out of six show quality puppies. Three of those puppies are currently in the show ring with many wins to date! Tired Mom, Zoe and her new babies! For Zoe's comfort, and to keep things easily cleaned during and after whelping, we decided to give her a haircut :) just before she had her puppies. She feels great and is enjoying her new groom job!
